Site rental starts on the reserved arrival date (or early arrival date if the site is available). Late arrivals without prior agreement will have the site held for one day and then the deposit will be forfeited and the reservation canceled. All deposits are held until fulfilment of the reservation period. Rent and electric charges are due monthly and a $25.00 late fee will be accessed after 5 days for each item. Returned check fee is $25.00.
Vehicle/Trailer storage is available to guests that rent a site at Rivers Edge RV Resort. The storage for each site is approximately 12′ x 35′. Sites cannot be shared. No more than two trailers or vehicles are on one site. Storage site rental is paid daily, monthly or yearly. If late, will be charged $10 late fee. Vehicle/Trailer must be registered in the office. Vehicles/Trailers in the storage area that are not registered and not registered to the site will be towed to an impound area. No trailers of any kind with the exception of tow dollies and trailers with handicap wheel chairs or handicap scooters can be stored/parked on any rented site. Rates are subject to change.
